3. Familiar with RFQ process, manufacturing cost structure, MVA/NRE quotation structure
4. Familiar with project/program management through NPI, sustaining process
5. 英文能力精通，如有其他歐亞地區之第三外語能力者加分(例如：德文、西班牙文等)
