職務說明：
-Vice President of Operation is responsible for leading and developing the business operation center.
-Their core duties include reporting to higher management board, determining business and product goals, implementing and delivering profitable organization plans.
-He/she should have extensive knowledge of the Information and communication industry, logistic management, quality system/ management, and manufacturing/operation controls.
Task includes:
1. Developing and implementing business/manufacturing plans.
2. Manufacturing facility and factory daily operations managements.
3. Responsible for efficient cross function/organization communications.
4. Leading manufacturing plans, budget plans, and cost reduction/controls.
5. Logistics planning, control, and strategy development.
6. Identifying and managing customer quality goals.
7. Working closely with authorities, complying laws and manufacturing standards.
8. Working closely with Human Resource to train and develop a highly motivated and cohesive team.
9. Maintain a strong supply chain and customer business relationship.
專長條件：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
2. Over ten years of manufacturing factory management experience, with a preference for the network communication industry.
3. Leadership: Strong leadership charisma, able to guide and motivate teams to achieve their best performance.
4. Decision-making ability: Can make wise and swift decisions under pressure.
5. Stress resistance: Remains calm and organized in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
6. Innovative thinking: Seeks continuous optimization and improvement, pursuing technological and managerial innovations.
