專長條件：
1. 具10 年以上網通產業研發經驗(手機、Wifi或小基站為主)、具有戶外通訊產品或工業電腦等產品設計經驗
2. 5年以上管理經驗
3. Good understanding of 3GPP technologies and network architecture
4. Familiar with 5G RAN protocol, technologies and architecture
5. Software development experience of wireless, small cell product.
