Strategy Analyst
職務說明：
1. Assessment and Planning: To build up team capability in strategy and transformation areas, including Growth Strategy, Sales Transformation, Digital Transformation and Operation Optimization.
2.Responsible for demand management related KPIs： Manage "Customer focus" by building up sales capability across the company with well defined KPI
3. Use data analysis or technology to drive decisions： Analyze the business unit and region's current solution business challenges and identify areas for improvement and transformation needs, and preparation for next year AP
4. Business Performance Management: Overall new business performance management and landing, including semi-annual strategy workshops in close partnership with McKinsey
5. Oversees development of members of new business team： Perform the role of a project manager by forming a project team consisting of members from BU, regions, and corporate functions to execute transformation initiatives and effectively communicate work progress and achievements to the senior management team.
6. Apply continuous learning and innovation to supply chain project improvement
專長條件：
1. Proven experience as a corporate in-house or outsourced management consultant, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise transformation-related initiatives and change management activities.
2. Possess exceptional coordination, project management, and communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and data analytical abilities.
3.Supply chain (digital) project experience
4. Good at tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP (SAP is especially good)
