職務說明：
1. Analyze the production process, identify improvement opportunities, propose and implement plans.
2. Drive the improvement of production efficiency, reduce production costs, and increase production capacity.
3. Design, optimize and implement the production process to ensure that the production process meets quality standards and efficiency requirements.
4. Introduce new models into production and accelerate the quantification and shipment of new models
5. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure production best practices
5. The production process complies with product quality standards and confirms the correct introduction of engineering changes and process parameter settings to ensure product quality.
6. Cooperate with the quality department to solve quality problems, analyze losses, and scrap, and reduce production costs.
7. Manage production engineering projects to ensure on-time completion
8. Supervise each section to implement all deliverables and tasks, improve the overall operating performance of the department, and complete KPI indicators
8. Analyze production data. Provide improvement suggestions and reports, track, and report production performance, and ensure that goals are achieved.
9. Control loss and scrap and reduce production costs
10. Implement policy management and achieve the company’s annual goals
11. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
專長條件：
1. Bachelor's degree plus.
2. Good English oral and written communication skills.
3. Experience in Server / AME manufacturing and equipment standard operating procedures
4. Minimum of 10 years of related SMT/PCA experience
5. Willing to work hard with dedication and able to work under pressure.
6. Strong technical knowledge of Server production equipment. (Pana, Fuji, WS, Automation)
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
9. Candidate must be willing to dig into the numbers, take leadership on equipment performance and ownership of processes.
10. Co-working with MFG, MPE,TE, SCM and PM on MFG solution study/define, cross-function related issues
11. Team-work personality is essential and required.
