職務說明：
1. Maintain the good relationships with existing key accounts.
2. Managing forecast planning, fulfillment and operation.
3. Co-work with PM on technical issues solving, engineering change request and product life management.
4. Lead the meetings with customers and interpret between Chinese and Japanese or even English.
5. Organize the business and solution proposal to fulfill customer’s requirement.
6. Japanese and English contract review.
7. Meet the annual quota and get new design-wins.
專長條件：
1. Altruistic mindset is a must and recognize our vision of Enable an Intelligent and Sustainable Planet.
2. 5+ year ODM Japan account manager or Japan NPI sales experience.
3. Must be fluent in both Japanese and English writing and verbal communication (JLPT N1 and TOEIC 750+)
4. Familiar with PC hardware mainly of X86 system, and ARM is a plus.
5. IPC experience and knowledge is a plus.
6. Optimistic can-do attitude and confident in front of people.
