職務說明：
1.Focusing on new business development of desired market segment or even different sectors or new market space for the company, e.g. Telco, Data Centers, primary system integration, white box channels but not limited.
2.Work diligently to reach the top-line/bottom-line profitability goals set by HQ.
3.Formulate growth and profitability strategies.
4.Keep track of the products movement and inventory
5.Develop new customers as well as grow long-term relationship with loyal customers
6.Penetrate into new profitable markets
7.Developing strategy to market, sell, and foresee emerging products in markets.
8.Collecting market trend in the given markets and competitor pricing/market-share information and develop successful sales strategy
9.Work closely with supporting staffs with different department to ensure on-time delivery
10.Comply to HQ guidelines and policies for local business entity
專長條件：
1.具 3–5 年以上通訊／網通產品相關經驗（資深/主管職另議）
2.具市場分析、商務策略或產品導向 BD 經驗
3.具跨部門溝通與簡報能力
4.具高階 Ethernet Switch（Data Center / High-speed Networking）經驗者尤佳
