職務說明:
1.Employee Relations Governance
Establish and implement ER policies and case management standards to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with global labor regulations.
2.Global Benefits & Well-being Programs
Design and manage global benefits programs (health, retirement, insurance, and well-being initiatives) while ensuring effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
3.Rewards & Recognition Programs
Lead the development of rewards initiatives beyond compensation, including recognition frameworks and special incentive programs.
4.HR Partnership & Employee Experience
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address ER matters and integrate benefits and rewards into the broader employee experience strategy.
5.Global Alignment with Local Flexibility
Ensure ER, benefits, and rewards programs align with Compal’s global strategy while allowing appropriate local adaptation.
