急-車電Quality Assurance Engineer
職務說明：
1. Develop QA strategy in coordination with the Quality Manager for the project
2. Create, maintain and ensure the execution of the QA Plan for the project
3. Track and monitor QA activities throughout the project lifecycle
4. Define, monitor and report quality KPIs at project level
5. Prepare and report quality status report, highlighting non-conformities and quality risks, to project management
6. Define the escalation process to ensure that identified non-conformities are addressed and resolved effectively
7. Perform internal gap analysis at project level to assess compliance with A-SPICE processes
8. Conduct work product reviews, audits and process compliance checks within the project
9. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
10. Support project teams in preparing for internal and/or external A-SPICE assessments
11.Facilitate lessons learned sessions and collaborate closely with software and systems engineering teams to implement A-SPICE process improvements and ensure alignment with functional safety standards
12.Ensure proper documentation and traceability across the development lifecycle, particularly for the SUP.1 process
13.Contribute to the definition, deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
14.Support the definition and refinement of the Product Development Process in alignment with organizational and project-specific quality requirements
專長條件：
1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
3. Strong understanding of automotive standards such as A-SPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21434.
4. Experience with quality tools and techniques such as FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, PPAP and Continuous Improvement
5. Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
6. Strong understanding of Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) assessments and system-software quality processes.
7. Experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity standard (ISO 21434) is a plus.
8. Strong understanding of process validation techniques and quality assurance practices in the automotive industry.
9. Familiarity with VDA 6.3 audit methodology and supplier quality management processes.
10. Experience with process definition and modelling
11. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
12.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
13.Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team.
14.Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers
15.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified A-SPICE provisional assessor or experience participating in A-SPICE assessments
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards
