1.Lead V&V teams across software, hardware, and system domains.
2. Coordinate test activities with design, development, quality, and customer teams.
3. Creation of specifications and tests for the AI module, including integration test and system test
4. Define V&V milestones aligned with project timelines and product releases.
5. Support audits and assessments (ASPICE, ISO 26262, OEM-specific processes).
6. Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test specifications.
7. Define validation environments (HiL, SiL, vehicle test, test benches, simulation).
8. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
9. Oversee execution of unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
10. Approve test procedures and ensure correct usage of test tools and equipment.
11.Review test results, analyze defects, and drive corrective actions.
12.Ensure proper documentation for compliance and release readiness.
13.Oversee the validation of AI and Vision models, evaluating their accuracy, robustness, and performance metrics.
14.Establish standardized validation workflows by developing automated scripts for vision-related testing and data analysis.
15.Provide actionable optimization recommendations to the development team based on empirical test results and performance analysis.
16.Ensure alignment with automotive standards such as: ASPICE (Automotive SPICE), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21448 (SOTIF), OEM-specific requirements (Toyota, Honda, VW, GM, etc.)
17.Build and lead a V&V team of 4 members, defining clear testing lifecycles, bug tracking standards, and reporting protocols for AI-driven products.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in QA/V&V with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role, preferably in the automotive or AI sector.
3. Proven experience with automotive ECUs, ADAS/AD systems, powertrain, infotainment, or sensors (Radar, LiDAR, Camera, IMU, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of system requirements and validation methodologies.
5. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Code Beamer, Jama, Polarion, DOORS, Jira, Vector Tools).
6. Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards.
7. Fluent in English
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
9. Ability to travel to customer sites, suppliers' facilities, or other locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with HiL/SiL test platforms (e.g., dSPACE, NI, ETAS).
• Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay protocols and diagnostic tools.
• Certification in ASPICE, ISTQB, or ISO 26262.
• Experience with simulation and data analysis tools (MATLAB, CANoe, Python, etc.).
• Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD for embedded systems
• Experience working with high-bandwidth data (video, LiDAR, radar) and storage systems.
