職務說明：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use simulators (e.g., ANSYS, Carla) to perform environment modeling, including scene construction, weather parameter adjustment, lighting, object modeling, and texture mapping.
2. Generate synthetic datasets based on data specifications and requirements, ensuring the quality and consistency of the synthesized data.
3. Produce ground truth for AI training, including semantic segmentation masks, depth maps, and bounding boxes …, etc.
4. Collaborate with Perception Algorithm Engineers to refine simulation environments and parameters based on model training needs, ensuring the “sim-to-real” gap is minimized.
專長條件：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above STEM fields (Mathematics, CS, or Engineering).
2.Solid understanding of 3D coordinate concepts and experience with 3D software operations.
3.Ability to understand technical requirements from the perception team and implement them effectively.
4.Basic proficiency in Python programming.
5.Logical thinking, statistical analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
l Familiarity with ANSYS simulation tools, Carla or NVIDIA Drive Sim.
l Deep understanding of CMOS sensor characteristics, lens distortion, and ISP pipelines.
l Familiarity with Git.
