職務說明：

1.Develop the company's semiconductor materials technology strategy and product development roadmap.
2.Lead cross-functional teams in new material development, technology validation, and mass production introduction.
3.Drive the development of key semiconductor-related materials.
4.Promote material property analysis and reliability/failure analysis (FA).
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate opportunities for introducing new technologies.
7. Manage project execution, budget control, KPI achievement, and talent development..
8. Support patent portfolio planning, technology collaboration, and resource integration.

專長條件：

• Master's degree or above. Major in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related disciplines preferred
• Fluent in English
• More than 10 years of experience in material R&D.
• More than 5 years of experience leading R&D teams.
• Experience in one or more of the following semiconductor-related industries:
Semiconductor packaging materials/High-performance engineering plastics/Polymer chemistry
• Hands-on experience in material synthesis, formulation development, and process scale-up.
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication with overseas customers and suppliers in English
• Strong sense of innovation and strategic thinking.
