職務說明：
Digital Marketing Strategy, Performance Analysis, & AI Search Visibility Management
(1) Collaborate with global marketing teams to analyze and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across global subsidiaries, including platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
(2) Track and analyze digital marketing dashboard metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
(3) Leverage data to assist subsidiaries in developing digital promotion plans and actionable optimization recommendations, boosting ad ROI and lead generation outcomes.
(4) Partner with content and product marketing teams to increase brand citation rates, search rankings, and online domain authority.
(5) Monitor brand exposure and performance across search and AI platforms, including Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
(6) Establish tracking mechanisms for AI Visibility and Organic Growth, providing regular analytical reports.
Brand Marketing & Promotion
(1) Assist in planning and executing initiatives to increase brand exposure and brand
專長條件：
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, or related fields.
2. 8 years+ working experience, including 5 years+ preferably with in digital marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, SEO, or data analytics. With global or cross country experience is highly preferred.
3. Hands-on experience with digital advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
4. Strong data analytical skills with the ability to identify issues from data and propose actionable solutions.
5. A dual mindset for both digital marketing and branding, capable of holistic planning from traffic and conversion to brand value.
6. Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills to collaborate with global teams, subsidiaries, and cross-functional departments.
7. Proactive learner with a strong interest in global brand development, the fitness industry, or technology applications.
