急-總部全球家用行銷- Brand Marketing Manager, Assistant Manager
職務說明:
1、Joint Go-to-Market(GTM) Planning & Execution: Partner with subsidiaries to co-develop
and execute Go-to-Market strategies. Ensure HQ direction is seamlessly integrated into local
marketing plans to drive tangible business results.
2、Business Intelligence: Leverage AI tools to synthesize performance data. Transform
metrics into practical solutions and conduct rapid competitor benchmarking to support
decision-making.
3、E-Commerce & Performance Partnership: Act as the Strategic Partner for local EC & Digital
Marketing. Diagnose funnel gaps and provide high-conversion assets and data-backed
guidelines to solve local performance bottlenecks.
4、Full-Funnel Strategic Alignment: Bridge the gap between Brand Awareness and Sales
Conversion. Coordinate across HQ and subsidiary teams (Product,Sales, Marketing) to ensure
a unified and consistent global brand message.
5、Global Best Practice Scaling: Identify and "re-engineer" high-performing local campaigns
for global deployment. Act as the hub for innovative EC strategies, ensuring winning tactics
are shared and scaled across all markets.
專長條件:
1、Experience: 8+ years in Brand, Digital, or EC marketing. Experience in a
regional or HQ role is highly preferred.
2、Skills: Deep understanding of Performance Marketing (GA4, Ads) and
Omnichannel E-commerce operations.
3、Language: Professional English proficiency is mandatory for international
collaboration and reporting.
4、AI Proficiency: Expert at leveraging AI tools for business analysis, reporting,
and market research.
