1. SBU Marketing Support & Alignment
(1) Support overseas SBUs in marketing planning, KPI tracking, and execution.
(2) Review marketing budgets and performance, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
(3) Align HQ Sales goals with global marketing priorities and support local execution.
2. Performance & Data
(1) Track marketing performance, leads, and conversion across key channels.
(2) Prepare regular reports and insights to support HQ Marketing and Sales decisions.
3. Sales Enablement & Best Practices
(1) Turn product benefits, technology, and commercial solutions into practical sales tools and playbooks.
(2) Share successful marketing practices across SBUs and support local implementation.
(3) Collect Sales feedback and continuously improve sales enablement resources.

專長條件：

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, or related fields.
2. 8 years+ working experience, including 5 years+ preferably with global or cross-country experience.
4. Fluent in English with strong business communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiar with B2B sales processes, CRM, and data reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Power BI.
7. Strong PowerPoint and cross-functional collaboration skills.
