1.Develop VN HR strategy, objectives and working plans to achieve the HQ HR’s and VN Site’s operation goals.
2.Manage general VN HR practices such as recruiting and staffing, training and development, organization development, performance management, compensation and benefit and employee relations.
3.Use diversified recruiting channels to meet the company demands according to the HC plan and job vacancy.
4.Develop the employee training system to upgrade management leadership and employee professional skills.
5.Organize and monitor the performance of all departments to enhance the employee productivity.
6.Make compensation and benefit plans in line with company requirements to effectively motivate employee.
7.Maintain harmonious employee relations.
8.Ensure proper maintenance of HR-related documents and meet labor law.
9.Optimize HRIS operation efficiency
10.Develop HR team’s competency to next level.

專長條件:
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in human resources field, more than 7 years of HR full-function manager experience in electronics factories with more than 1,000 employees.
2.Vietnam Experience is Must. Expertise in Vietnam Laws and employee management.
3.Capable leadership and management skills, with active cross-team communication skills.
4.Excellent organization, coordination, analytical and judgment ability.
5.Strong execution ability and positive working attitude.
