職務說明：
1. Familiarize, evaluate, and prepare rack components for integration into sample or small-quantity projects.
2. Ensure smooth production by troubleshooting issues, including failure analysis of defective products and enhancement of testing methods.
3. Collaborate with Rack PMs on BOM creation, rack design, material prep, and SOP development during sample build projects.
4. Assist in developing test procedures and conducting new product testing and validation
5. Enhance the quality and reliability of rack systems and products.
6. Assist Rack PMs and Engineers in executing and verifying rack solutions.
7. Support customer integration requests, domestically and internationally
專長條件：
1. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of rack servers
2. Requires a knowledge of the server/data center market and IT domain.
3. Proficiency in server system installation and cabling.
4. Interest in problem-solving related to rack system issues.
5. Track record of proactive work within deadlines and constraints
6. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
7. Willing to travel or be assigned to the U.S. based on mission requirements.
