1.Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by understanding business needs and providing effective HR solutions.
2.Lead organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
3.Drive talent management programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential talent development, and retention initiatives.
4.Partner with business leaders on performance management and employee development.
5.Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues.
6.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for critical talent and workforce needs.
7.Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to generate insights and support business decisions.
8.Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects related to organizational culture, process improvement, and HR digital transformation.
