系統硬體主管 (CES)
職務說明：
•Designing, implementing, and improving EV charging systems.
•Understand technology roadmaps and make sure the team is well positioned to support programs. Drive priorities and assignments of team members.
•Manage a team of HW engineers to make sure schedules/technical issues/performances are resolved and achieved.
•Lead regular R&D performance reviews with management teams
•Own program communication and drive crisp and timely decisions, as well as working directly with key customers
專長條件：
1.7+ years developing electrical and systems, 5+ Management Experience.
2.Highly relevant design leadership experience and track record
3.Minimum 10 years, EV charging industry experience is preferred
4.Exceptional analytical and organization skills, coupled with a well-focused attention to detail
5.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technology to the customers
6.Strong academic background and/or experience in the testing and analysis of EE components, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
7.Experience in developing EV charger
8.英文：TOEIC 600
9.學歷/科系：學士(碩士佳)/電機工程科系
10.工作經驗：10年以上/相關產品研發經驗
