職務說明：
Responsible for developing and executing the group’s overall sourcing strategy, optimizing supplier management, cost efficiency, and risk control to ensure the best balance of quality, cost, and delivery, while supporting long-term business growth.

1. To define global sourcing strategies and drive global supplier consolidation.
2. Familiar with supply chain management
3. To analyze market trends and raw material pricing.
4. Through cost analysis, to achieve cost-saving targets.
5. Be able to manage supplier performance (quality, delivery, and cost).
6. To lead Group sourcing team to achieve KPI, and to develop talent.
7. Be able to collaborate with cross-functions, i.e. RD, MFG, and etc.
專長條件：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 15 years of sourcing/supplier chain management experience, and at least 10 years management experience.
2. Good negotiation and cost analysis skills.
3. Fluent in English and presentation skill.
4. Be able to travel overseas.
5. High level of personal and professional integrity.
6. Marketing related experience / market trend analysis is preferred.
