Position Summary:
The SAP SD Manager will lead SAP SD implementation, enhancement, and support activities across business units. This role requires strong SAP SD expertise, people management experience, and effective English communication to work with global users, IT teams, and external partners. The position is responsible for delivering scalable Order-to-Cash and high-volume intercompany sales solutions, improving business processes, ensuring SAP integration quality, and maintaining stable and compliant operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:
•Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities across business units.
•Manage, coach, and develop SAP SD team members, including task assignment, priority management, deliverable review, and capability development.
•Design and support core SAP SD processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and especially intercompany sales transactions.
•Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions to improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations.
•Work with business users, key users, IT teams, and external partners to define requirements, align solution design, and resolve issues.
•Ensure proper integration between SAP SD and related modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems including EDI, IDoc, customer portals, and logistics partners.
•Manage priorities, change requests, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining business user satisfaction.
•Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members, consultants, and business key users.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

•Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including managerial, team lead, or solution owner experience.
•Strong SAP SD knowledge in sales order processing, pricing, billing, logistics execution, customer master data, and complex intercompany transactions.
•Solid understanding of SAP SD integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and related business processes.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•Excellent English communication skills are required; Chinese communication skills are also required.
•Experience leading team members or consultants, including workload planning, issue escalation, deliverable review, and stakeholder alignment.
•At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, rollout, or major enhancement project experience.
•SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, data migration, cutover planning, SAP Activate, EDI, IDoc, interface monitoring, or third-party logistics integration experience is preferred.
•Manufacturing, electronics, global rollout, or multi-country SAP template experience is preferred.
