職務說明：
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for overall procurement operations, supplier management, outsourcing support, purchasing process governance, and cross functional coordination. The position will play a critical role in supporting business operations, ensuring supply continuity, driving cost competitiveness, and building a sustainable procurement structure for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall procurement function in Taiwan, including sourcing, purchasing, outsourcing management, and supplier management.
• Support Service, Applied, Contracting, Controls, and other business functions on procurement-related matters.
• Oversee outsourcing activities, including quotation comparison, negotiation, supplier selection, and workflow execution.
• Manage local purchasing activities, annual price negotiations, and supplier selection to ensure cost competitiveness and operational efficiency.
• Lead supplier onboarding, supplier performance review, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Oversee procurement support for project execution, including order management, item pricing setup, and vendor coordination.
• Manage regulated or specialized procurement activities, including refrigerant purchasing and shipment arrangements.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policy, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvement, risk management, and procurement efficiency enhancement.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, including workload management, coaching, and succession planning.
專長條件：
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Solid experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Proven team leadership / people management experience
• Strong background in supplier negotiation, vendor management, and outsourcing coordination
• Experience in project-based, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or HVAC-related environments
• Strong ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders
• Good commercial sense, problem-solving ability, and operational mindset
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement workflow tools
• Good command of English and Chinese
Preferred Background
• Experience in multinational companies or matrix organizations
• Familiarity with procurement support for Service operations, engineering projects, or subcontracting activities
• Exposure to regulated materials, logistics coordination, or compliancerelated purchasing processes
• Experience in leading procurement process improvement and supporting internal audit requirements
