5. H/W and System debug experience (lead bugs troubleshooting experience)
6. Familiar with oscilloscope operation
7. BOM control and maintain experience
8. Coodinate function teams experience (SI/Power/Mechanical/Thermal/BIOS/BMC/Layout)
9. Manufacture pilot run support experience (over 5 times experience)
10. With good communication with PM/AM/Sales/Customer
