1.Small cell system and platform testing. Create and execute the test cases for the radio access network
2.Provide technical support to troubleshoot new end-to-end cellular technology and fix the issues of radio networks.
3.Support customer lab and customer markets for SW/ HW new feature verification and validation
4.Understand the customer’s needs, execute POC(proof of concept)and benchmark, and field deployment if needed.

1.具有2年以上相關無線網通產品技術服務經驗
2.Good understanding of 3GPP technologies and network architecture
3.Familiar with RAN technologies and architecture
4.Customer support experience of RAN/small cell product.
5.Strong debug sense
6.Good communication skills.
7.High motivation, strong self-learning ability.
