R&D executive
職務說明：
1.Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Integration: Lead and build high-performing EE, ME, F/W, S/W, and AI R&D teams. Break down departmental silos to ensure smooth alignment from hardware architecture design to software-hardware integration (e.g., Edge AI computing, Sensor Fusion).
2.Advanced Technology Adoption & Product Development: Responsible for evaluating and determining the core technology roadmap for the robotics product line.
3.Manufacturing Capabilities & Mass Production Alignment: Implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) in the early stages of R&D. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure new products smoothly enter New Product Introduction (NPI) and successfully achieve mass production targets.
4.Risk Management & Business Strategy: Possess a high degree of risk awareness, strictly managing project risks during technological development. Take a commercially-driven approach to optimize R&D and manufacturing Capital Expenditure (Capex) while taking responsibility for the final production yield.
5.Project Timeline & Resource Management: Control the development timelines of various robotics projects (from sampling and testing to mass production phases), ensuring precise resource allocation to meet the BU's annual business plans and profitability goals.

1.System Architecture Expertise: Deep understanding of robotics system architecture, with a proven track record of successful development and mass production of AMRs, service robots, or large-scale mechatronic integration products.
2.Mass Production & Yield Mindset: Exceptional hardware manufacturing mindset, capable of precisely grasping critical nodes in Capex evaluation, production yield optimization, and supply chain management.
3.Executive Communication: Outstanding cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical strategies to the C-suite.
4.Global Client Communication: Proven ability to deliver compelling technical presentations to international clients and conduct effective, cross-cultural business communication.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
1.Experience in product development, client interfacing, or specification formulation for the Japanese or North American markets.
2.Familiarity with the pain points of the service industry, food and beverage sector, or industrial automation fields, with the ability to rapidly translate market needs into clear product specifications.
Education: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related engineering fields from a recognized university.
Experience: 12–15+ years of product development experience in tech/system manufacturing companies, with at least 5–7+ years of senior management experience (Director level) leading cross-functional R&D teams (EE/ME/SW).
