1. Experience in business development, influencer/KOL marketing, strategic partnerships, or growth marketing in the U.S. markets.
2. Familiarity with fintech, investment trends, or the creator economy in the U.S.A.
3. Solid understanding of how financial content creators operate across platforms such as X/Twitter, YouTube, Substack, and Podcasts.
4. Strong English communication and writing skills, capable of building trust and business negotiating strategic collaborations with influencers.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to inform strategy optimization with influential financial investment partners.
6. Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
